Hybrid car batteries manipulator
The project consisted in modifying an existing manipulator for a new type of a hybrid car battery. The process is semi-automatic, with automatic return. The manipulator automatically places the battery in the right place and tightens with four screws. It is used for 3 types of batteries.

The manipulator loads the 160 kg weighing battery into the car bodywork through the 5th door opening.
