Tables for ABS mounting

These tables serve as worktables to mount ABS parts into cars. Due to a great model versatility of brake systems, our client demanded 8 different ABS part types to be placed on one stand for two tables. The tables are designated mainly for the automobiles sold on the market where drivers drive on the right. As a result, the solid hoses (in this case hard pipes) mounting is performed in one direction. The pipe system had to be firmly placed on the stand so that the designated place where the mounting of the pipe to the ABS should take place is easily accessible by the operator with a tightening machine. The technology is suspended from a balancer in a rotating mechanism of the stand installed above the table. The mechanism is part of the table as well.
