Device for front spring shock absorbers pre-assembly
The device has three cells. There are two completion cells on the sides, where the worker assembles shock absorbers from pre-prepared components. From the sides, the assemblies of shock absorbers are then moved in pairs to the central cell, where they are tightened and thus joined into a single unit. Subsequently, they return to the starting cell, where the worker pulls them out and begins to complete new shock absorbers. In this way, the device pre-assembles the left and right shock absorbers at the same time, and while they are automatically tightened, the worker in the other part of the device completes the left and right shock absorber assembly again, and this is how pairs of shock absorbers from both sides of the station are tightened.
Interesting facts
The device distinguishes between left and right shock absorbers, but in fact they are identical. The device contains a number of sensors both for insertion control and for verifying the correct positioning of a specific part. It also helps with positioning using a light beam, according to which the operator simply aligns the part.
