Door manipulator

The door manipulator is used to disassemble the car door in the production plant. The operator controls the entire manipulator intuitively by moving the joystick, which sends information to the control unit. The manipulator has a new pneumatic balance system applied, which consists exclusively of standardized parts. The main advantage of this system is the simple, but also fast adaptation to the change in weight and reliability of the system. The manipulators work in pairs, one for the left and the other for the right side of the vehicle.
