Robotic workstation for rear axles tightening

The robotic workstation designed by us comprises 2 robots which tighten all rear axles being manufactured in the production plant. A centering device is part of the tightening workstation and it can lock and center the rear axles. The robots use effectors with a torque wrench and a counter, which can be set in 5 positions. There is an adjustable float in the range of 0-2 mm on the wrenches and the counter, which ensures the correct setting of the socket on the screw. The robotic workstation is integrated into the production line while being divided by the line into the right and left parts.
