Workstation for bodywork parts riveting
The device is used to connect aluminium bodywork parts. Two parts are always connected, while the worker gradually inserts them into the pallet, the system uses sensors to evaluate whether they are inserted correctly, then pneumatically clamps both parts in the correct position, and after that mutual riveting takes place.

The device uses a riveting technology without prepared holes for the thread. The thread itself pierces the sheets by pressure and subsequently deforms, thus forming a solid non-detachable joint.
